Ashley West came to us wanting to rebrand her sommelier business. She wanted to expand her clientele beyond in-home tastings into a more corporate reach of wine tasting and education. Along with Lauren Amy Design, we brought together a brand that we felt kept the feel and fun of her former branding while modernizing and changing her brand name. Below are the illustrations and designs we delivered. We’ve also laid out a bit of the design process for you to see how it works behind the scenes!
Mood Board
Mood boards help both the client and designer understand the direction of the design process for brand and logo design. This board that Lauren Amy Design created resonated with our client, Ashley. The lighthearted illustrations and playful designs was exactly the direction she was looking for.
Illustrations
Lauren went above and beyond creating a custom set of illustrations that the client loved! These detailed aspects of a brand’s extension bring everything to life. Though this isn’t part of a traditional branding package the client liked them so much she paid to keep them.
Final Design
We settled on a final design after some feedback and put together the full brand package for Somm West Events and Consulting.
To update her previous brand (Sommelier At Home) we remixed her former brand logo with the new branding and design elements. Overall we were thrilled with how everything turned out and so was the client.
